View a Log of Changes in the Status of a Case

All changes in the status of a given case are recorded and logged in ByCommittee P&T. Administrators can access the case status log from the case page of a candidate. This article explains how to view the case status log for a case.

Navigate to the case you want to view by clicking the candidate's name in the list of cases

Click "Additional Options" to the right of the page

Look for the icon of three blue vertical dots.

Click "Additional Options" to the right of the page

Select "Case Status Log" from the list of options

Select "Case Status Log" from the list of options

Status changes will appear in a list organized by date
