View a Log of the Messages Sent about a Case

All messages sent from within ByCommittee P&T are saved in a message log for a given case. Administrators can access the message log from the case page of a candidate. This article explains how to view the message log for a case.

Navigate to the case you want to view

Click "Additional Options" to the right of the page

Look for the icon of three blue vertical dots.

Click "Additional Options" to the right of the page

Select "Message Log" from the list of options

Select "Message Log" from the list of options

Messages will appear in a list organized and sortable by date

  1. Date message was sent
  2. Sender of the message
  3. All recipients of the message
  4. Subject of message
  5. Click "View Content" to read the message
