Edit the Packet Requirements for a Case

Administrators can edit the Packet Requirements for a case from the Case Review page. You can easily create custom packet sections and add specific documents and forms that are required for each packet section.

Navigate to the case you want to edit by clicking the candidate's name in the list of cases

Click the pencil icon to edit the case

Click "Packet Requirements" under the "Edit Case" menu to the right of the screen

Click "Packet Requirements" under the "Edit Case" menu to the right of the screen
