Edit & Resend an External Evaluation Request

This articles explains how to edit and resend an external evaluation request in ByCommittee P&T.

Navigate to the Case page by clicking the candidate's name in the list

Navigate to the Case page by clicking the candidate's name in the list

Scroll down to the "External Evaluations" section of the candidate's case page

Scroll down to the "External Evaluations" section of the candidate's case page

Click the pencil icon next to the evaluation you want to edit

Click the pencil icon next to the evaluation you want to edit

You can update the following settings and resend your request:

  1. The "Section" setting allows you to move the evaluation to another document group
  2. You can turn on or off the ability of committees to download the evaluation
  3. You can set who has access to the evaluation, Administrators, Administrators and Committee Managers, or Administrators and the entire committee

Click "Update" to update with the edits you've made, and "Resend Request" to resend the request for a evaluation.

 

You can update the following settings and resend your request:

When you resend the request you can update it if necessary

  1. Change the name and email of the Evaluator
  2. Enter a new subject for the request email
  3. Set a new due date
  4. Edit the documents attached to the request by deleting or adding a new file
  5. Update the message included with the Request
