Why don't I see the letter request in my account?

Do you already have an Interfolio account?  If so, make sure the email address associated with your account is the same one that was used to send you this letter request.  If your Interfolio account is associated with another email address, just know that you won't see the letter requ

If the email address that you registered with does not don't match the email address that was used to send you the letter request, you won't see the pending letter request in your account.  But that's ok - locate the 10-digit document ID on your letter request form and enter that ID into the Document ID box.
