If you would prefer to submit a paper copy of your letter to Interfolio, simply put your printed letter and the Interfolio Letter Request Form (the request form has a unique document ID and barcode used for internal processing) in an envelope and mail your letter to this address:

We will scan and upload the letter within 1-3 business days of receipt of the document. The member will receive an email notification when the document is uploaded and ready for delivery.
Be sure to allow for ample time when submitting letter to Interfolio by mail. According to USPS guidelines, letters sent by First Class mail may take 3 to 14 days to arrive at their intended destination. If there is a deadline approaching, electronic upload is the most efficient way to submit letters to Interfolio.
Interfolio does not accept faxed letters of recommendations due to poor resolution quality.
