Need to get your existing credential file into your Interfolio account? No problem!

Transferring paper documents:

  1. Download the File Transfer Form (link at the bottom of the page)
  2. Create an Interfolio Dossier Account. Creating an Account
  3. Fill out the Transfer Form using the information from your account, and submit it to your credential file service.

Once your documents are mailed to our office, we'll have them uploaded to your account in 1-3 business days.

If your institution would prefer to email your credential file, they can send them to <conversions@interfolio.com>.

Transferring documents electronically:

If your files are being stored with your career center, check if they have an Interfolio Career Center account. If your file was automatically transferred to us by your college or university - an account will be automatically created for you. Once we've received your documents and your file is uploaded, you'll receive an email with your account information.

If your career center will be uploading documents using their Interfolio Career Center account:

    1. Create a Dossier account, and be sure to select the institution name associated with your career center. If you need to update your account affiliation, send a quick email to <help@interfolio.com> with the name of the institution you need to change your affiliation to.
    2. Once you have an account created with the correct affiliation, your career center can upload your documents electronically.
