We have streamlined the applicant view so that each applicant appears only once.  To view all documents submitted by an applicant, just search by the applicant’s name, and every document delivered by that applicant to the same position will be collected there.  

Click on the applicant’s name to get to details about the applicant.  A complete document list shows the name and title of each document delivered, as well as the date that document was delivered.  You can download specific documents for the applicant from this page.

Scheduled update for 9/26:

We will show which documents are new and which documents have already been downloaded on this page.  Also, we will show the date on which each document was downloaded by someone at your institution.
