AACOMAS requires that all transcripts be sent directly from the registrar.  

If you submitted an application in 2011, you have the opportunity to copy your transcripts into your 2012 application while you are filling out your application.

AACOMAS does not consider transcripts official if:

• the transcript is a copy from a third party such as Interfolio.
• the transcript is stamped "Issued to Student", "Student Copy", or "Hand Carried by the Student"
• the transcript is not sent directly from the registrar's office but instead mailed to you.
• the registrar's seal or signature is missing
• other reason as determined by AACOMAS.
