How do I have my confidential documents uploaded to an online application?
If your online application asks for the email address of your letter writer, follow these steps so Interfolio can process the delivery without bothering your letter writer.
Step 1. Log in to your Interfolio account and locate your document's unique email address.
From your Interfolio account, click on the Add Delivery tab, and then click the Upload Application to Website tab.
Step 2. Copy the unique document email address.
On the Upload Application to Website page, locate the document that you want to have uploaded. Copy the unique document email address.
Step 3. Go to your online application and paste your document's unique email address into the appropriate field.
Paste your document's unique email address into the field that asks for your evaluator's email address.
Note: Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for each document.
Step 4. Monitor your email.
Interfolio will email you when it is time to log in to Interfolio to complete your Web Delivery transaction.
Step 5. Complete your delivery transaction in Interfolio.
Complete your delivery transaction by logging in to Interfolio. Navigate to your Pending Deliveries page and you will see that for each letter requested, a separate Online Application Delivery is created. Confirm that the correct document is going to the correct institution. Click Check Out to complete your transaction.

Very interesting blog. Alot of blogs I see these days don't really provide anything that I'm interested in, but I'm most definately interested in this one. Just thought that I would post and let you know. find jobs
I entered the document email addresses into my online application. How do I know that Interfolio has received my delivery request?
You will get an email from Interfolio as soon as we have prepared your delivery. You will also see a pending delivery created for each letter that you wish to have upload. If you don't see these things within about 1-2 business days from the time you entered the information in your online application, this most likely means that we have not received the request from the online application. Please follow up with the institution to which you are applying to make sure the emails were sent to us.
How long does it take for Interfolio to process a web delivery?
We are currently processing web deliveries within 3 business days from the time you pay for your web delivery.
Why don't I see my pending web delivery?
On occasion, email requests sent by 3rd party application systems do not reach Interfolio. Usually this is a fluke. Perhaps an extra space was entered in the email address field or maybe a special character is preventing a server from sending/receiving the email properly. Whatever the reason, we know it does not happen all that often but when it does, it unsettling for you and for us.
If this happens to you:
1. Contact Interfolio: with a little extra information from you, we may be able to match an orphan request received by our server's catch-all email account with your account.
2. If we can't match your request with your account, we will ask you to try to re-request the letter on the application system.
3. If you can't re-request a letter, then Interfolio will need to contact the receiving institution to figure out the best way to resolve the situation.
As a reminder, please monitor your pending web deliveries closely. Because Interfolio needs to receive an email from a 3rd party system in order to create your delivery, we need your help to know when a request that you sent is missing.
Why couldn't Interfolio process my web delivery?
Interfolio can upload documents to a website as long as we receive specific login information from the application system. By entering your document's unique email address into the application, the request for the letter and corresponding login information will sent to Interfolio and a pending delivery is created.
On occasion, our system will create a pending delivery for you but when we are ready to perform the upload, we find out that the website requires us to enter information that we simply cannot provide, such as:
Regretfully, we can't enter this type of information on behalf of a writer. If we run into this situation with your web delivery, we will send you an email and credit your account with the cost of the delivery.
